Handmade Nature of Our Products

Every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with care, making each creation truly one of a kind. Because of this, slight variations in design, texture, or finish are natural and part of the beauty of handmade jewellery.

Please note that product images are for reference only. Minor differences may occur due to:

    •    Natural variations in stones, including color and pattern

    •    Handcrafted techniques where no two pieces are exactly alike

    •    Differences in screen displays that may affect color perception

Exchange Policy

    •    Ready to Ship items

Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of receiving your order.

    •    Made to Order items

As these pieces are crafted specifically for you, exchanges are not accepted unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

For damaged or incorrect items, kindly include clear photographs so our quality team can review and assist you.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we try our best to accommodate requests within reasonable timelines.

    •    Ready to Ship orders

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order may already be in processing or shipment and cannot be cancelled.

    •    Made to Order orders

These items are custom-crafted and therefore can only be cancelled within 48 hours of order placement. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after cancellation confirmation.

Repairs & Maintenance

We offer repair and replating services for all our jewellery pieces.

To request a repair, please email [Silvertrance11@gmail.com] and we will provide an estimate.

Please note:

    •    Repair and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Additional Information

    •    This policy does not cover damage caused by regular wear and tear, accidents, or misuse.
